This Baltimore landmark retained CSG to undertake a present condition survey of its complex, ornate building envelope.  Our study focused upon various flat, sloped terra cotta tile, metal and slate systems, brick and stone masonry facades, windows and below grade waterproofing.  CSG is presently developing the design for a multi-year, multi-trade project that will utilize the latest technological developments in building envelope, while observing the requirements of an historically correct restoration.
