Exchange at Van Dorn

This 404 unit property was originally constructed in the early 2000's. CSG was retained to assist with a Capital Maintenance Program including Selective Balcony Rehabilitation, Garage Rehabilitation, and Pedestrian Bridges Restoration Projects undertaken as part of a comprehensive initiative to preserve and extend the service life of these structures. For the balcony rehabilitation, CSG's services encompassed the identification and documentation of required structural wood framing repairs, inspection of waterproofing applications, and final review of completed balcony finishes to confirm conformance with project requirements. For the Garages and Bridges Projects, CSG's services involved the design, preparation of bid documents, and construction administration for structural repairs to composite slabs and steel framing, together with the rehabilitation and replacement of associated waterproofing systems. Each project was executed as part of a coordinated capital improvement strategy focused on long-term performance and durability.
