The Fallswood Condominium has been a valued client of CSG for more than three decades, relying on CSG to provide engineering services for structural and building envelope capital maintenance initiatives, as well as the redesign of the garage roof plaza amenity space. The Garage Roof Plaza Project encompassed structural repairs to the existing concrete framing, replacement of waterproofing systems, and close coordination with a Landscape Architecture firm to re-envision and modernize the rooftop finishes. The project was successfully executed in accordance with established schedule and budget parameters. Additional major capital improvements at The Fallswood have included Façade Rehabilitation, Roof Replacement, Garage Rehabilitation, and Balcony Rehabilitation Projects, all undertaken as part of the property’s long-term maintenance and preservation program.
