CSG was retained to provide engineering services for significant capital maintenance initiatives serving the community’s sixteen multi-residential buildings. These efforts, in partnership with the Condominium Board and on-site Management, included a comprehensive Façade and Balcony Rehabilitation Project, a Terrace Rehabilitation Project, a Retaining Wall Stabilization Project, and a Storefront Entrance Replacement Project. Each assignment was undertaken as part of a broader program to preserve the structural integrity, safety, and long-term performance of the property.
