Project

Waterside Towers

The property consists of three concrete-framed high-rise residential buildings originally constructed circa 1964. The existing masonry veneer façades have exhibited areas of bulging and lateral displacement, prompting the need for stabilization and corrective intervention. CSG was engaged to investigate and then design a phased Façade Rehabilitation Project. The primary objectives of the project include the installation of new expansion joints and shelf angles to properly support and relieve the masonry veneer, together with selective maintenance repairs to enhance weather resistance and long-term performance. The work is structured to address current deficiencies while preserving the architectural character of the buildings.
