Courtyard Masonry Restoration and Monastery Façade Rehabilitation Projects were undertaken to preserve the historic character and structural integrity of these significant structures. CSG provides engineering services to the Monastery to support capital maintenance of the main Monastery and Chapel façades, the courtyard outbuildings, and the Monastery roofs. The Courtyard Masonry Restoration was successfully completed at the end of 2025. The Monastery and Chapel Façade Restoration Project was designed and bid in 2025, with construction anticipated to begin in late 2026. These projects are part of a coordinated effort to maintain long-term performance while respecting the historic significance of the buildings.
