Parking Garage Restoration and Balcony Rehabilitations
Assessment, Design, Bidding, Construction QA/QC
This 28-story residential tower, originally constructed in 1975, is currently undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation program utilizing contemporary high-performance materials to extend the service life of the structure for decades to come. Upgrades include the incorporation of high-strength concrete, new aluminum and glass railing systems, and advanced protective coating applications designed to enhance durability and long-term performance.
In accordance with current building code requirements and CSG’s enhanced design standards, the rehabilitation incorporates higher design wind loads, increased concrete strength, and the use of stainless steel fasteners to improve structural resilience and corrosion resistance.
This property previously engaged CSG to design, bid, and oversee the rehabilitation of their Parking Garage. That work was completed in 2023.
Collectively, these improvements position the building for sustained performance well into the future.
