CSG was retained to design, bid, and oversee the implementation of maintenance repairs to the elevated parking deck and adjacent ground-level terrace. The scope of work addressed deterioration of the concrete structure, mitigated active water infiltration into the garage areas below, and provided long-term waterproofing solutions to enhance durability and performance. Working directly with Ownership, CSG guided the selection of a qualified restoration contractor through a competitive bidding process and administered construction to ensure quality execution. The repairs were completed with careful coordination, resulting in minimal disruption to the bank and other office tenants.
