This Condominium has been a client of CSG since 2010. Originally constructed as an apartment building and converted to a Condominium circa 2007, the property exhibited deterioration of the concrete supporting the masonry façade and the balcony structures, necessitating a comprehensive restoration project. Our services included stabilization of the structural elements and enhancement of the barrier wall to provide a durable, weather-resistant envelope.
CSG is currently engaged in a garage restoration project and in a project to correct façade repairs that were previously completed by others, as part of an ongoing program to maintain and extend the service life of the building.
