Silverton Condominium

This Condominium property initially retained CSG to perform an assessment of their low-slope roofs at approximately the twenty-year mark. By taking a proactive approach, the majority of the roofs were able to be recovered rather than fully replaced, resulting in significant cost savings. CSG is providing full design, bidding, and Construction Phase QA/QC services for the project. In addition to the roof rehabilitation, related work includes the installation of new masonry through-wall flashings and replacement of siding to protect the renewed roof areas from the types of water infiltration that had compromised the prior systems. The project is being executed to extend the service life of the roofing and associated building envelope components while ensuring long-term performance.
