The Client has been served by CSG since 2018. We were retained to address leaking terrace conditions that had resulted in water infiltration into the units below, necessitating full replacement of the existing waterproofing systems. The work was successfully completed in 2020 under the then unprecedented constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic, which introduced additional regulatory requirements and logistical complexities. The Client remains an active partner, with CSG continuing to provide professional services for the ongoing maintenance and preservation of façade components.
