This venerable institution, is located on its beautiful campus in the Roland Park neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland.  CSG was retained to undertake a present condition survey of flat and sloped roofing systems, as well as its classical limestone facade.  This was a component of the school’s multi-year plan for rehabilitation and modernization.  CSG completed a multi-year replacement of flat roof in 2024 and is preparing to begin the design of the historically correct restoration of the limestone façade and slate roofs in the near term.
