Ms. Curley joined Construction Systems Group, Inc in 1993 and was initially recruited to support the company’s growth and day-to-day operations. She brings prior experience in commercial real estate acquisition and development, along with a strong foundation in corporate operations gained through close work with senior leadership. She currently leads the company’s internal functions across administration, human resources, and organizational processes. In addition, she oversees day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment with the company’s broader strategic objectives, focusing on efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Ms. Curley works with Senior Leadership to establish and refine company-wide policies and procedures to ensure their effective implementation. She plays a key role in the human resources function, including onboarding, employee development, and performance management, helping to build a strong and accountable internal culture.

In addition to operational leadership, Ms. Curley contributes to the company’s growth initiatives by supporting marketing efforts and business development activities. She works closely with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, implements systems that enhance productivity, and positions the company for continued expansion. Known for her hands-on, solutions-oriented approach, she brings structure and clarity to complex operational needs, while maintaining a high standard of execution across all areas of the business. Ms. Curley brings both deep institutional knowledge and a long-term commitment to continuing the organization’s success.
