Ms. Martin joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in June 2019. Melanie supports the firm’s financial management and project accounting functions through accurate invoicing, proactive budget monitoring, and comprehensive time and expense tracking. Working closely with Senior Leadership, she helps maintain current and accurate project budgets, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, project scopes, and financial objectives. In this role, she manages accounts payable and receivable processes, coordinates with vendors and subconsultants, and oversees industry association accounts to ensure timely payments and compliance with financial obligations. She also maintains and refines internal reporting systems, providing senior leadership with clear, reliable financial data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Her attention to detail and commitment to consistency contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized financial procedures and documentation practices. These efforts help improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and promote accountability across the firm.

Additionally, she serves as a primary point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries, invoice clarifications, and account-related matters. She is dedicated to delivering clear, responsive communication while upholding a high
standard of accuracy, transparency, and professionalism in all financial interactions. Prior to joining CSG, Ms. Martin served as an Accounting Assistant with Kendall & Company, CPAs, where she gained valuable experience in financial reporting, client services, and accounting operations.
