Ms. Martin joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in June 2019. At CSG, she supports the firm’s financial and project accounting functions through accurate invoicing, budget monitoring, and time/expense tracking. She works closely with our Principals & Partners to maintain up-to-date project budgets and ensure alignment with contractual requirements. She manages accounts payable and receivable, vendor coordination, and industry association accounts, while also maintaining internal reporting systems to support leadership decision-making. In addition, she contributes to consistent financial processes and reliable documentation that help maintain efficiency and accountability across the firm. Finally, she serves as a primary point of contact for clients regarding billing clarifications, and accounting related inquiries while ensuring transparency, accuracy, and professionalism. Prior to joining CSG, Ms. Martin was an Accounting Assistant for Kendall & Company, CPA’s.
