Ms. Rowe joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in May 2012. Lee serves as a central point of coordination and operational support for senior management and project managers. She oversees the preparation of proposals, AIA contract documents, bid specifications, reports, and inspection documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.

Acting as a key liaison between leadership, technical staff, and clients, she supports ongoing communication, proposal follow-up, and client outreach efforts. As the administrative control center for project documentation and contract compliance, she helps maintain workflow efficiency and contributes to strong client relationships and successful project execution.
