Mr. Mejia joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in February 2019. Since that time, he has contributed to a variety of building envelope construction and rehabilitation projects, with a focus on construction-phase review and inspection to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to contract documents. His experience includes roof recovery and replacement projects involving EPDM, TPO, and modified bitumen roofing systems. Mr. Mejia reviews and approves applications for payment, prepares field and inspection reports for roof, façade, and concrete repair projects, and conducts progress meetings to monitor contractor performance. He also tracks project schedules and allowance quantities to support successful construction management and project delivery.
As a Project Manager at CSG, Mr. Mejia provides construction management support for both new and rehabilitative building envelope projects. He performs field inspections, quality assurance reviews, and contract compliance monitoring, ensuring that workmanship meets design specifications, industry standards, and project requirements. He assists project teams in evaluating roofing, façade, and concrete systems, identifying issues, implementing corrective measures, and delivering projects on time and within budget. His hands-on expertise contributes to the technical integrity and successful execution of CSG’s construction projects.
