Mr. Grant joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in July 2018. He is an experienced project manager specializing in building envelopes, from below-grade waterproofing to new roof assemblies. Since joining CSG, Mr. Grant has contributed to a wide variety of projects involving the investigation, evaluation, repair design, quality control, and construction of structural, architectural, and material-related building issues. His experience includes the analysis, design, and construction monitoring of both building envelope and structural systems.

Mr. Grant’s expertise includes new construction design, building envelope commissioning, and failure investigation, evaluation, and repair design. He has performed quality assurance inspections and field testing for new construction building envelope components, including below-grade waterproofing, air barrier systems, window systems, metal panels, masonry, EIFS, EPDM, TPO, modified bitumen, and green roof systems. He has been implementing new technologies and materials to assist with achieving updated industry thermal requirements for projects.

Mr. Grant supports construction monitoring and quality assurance for both new and remedial projects, applying his expertise across a wide range of systems, including below-grade waterproofing, air barriers, window assemblies, metal panels, masonry, EIFS, and various roofing assemblies. He contributes to client consultations, proposal development, and technical problem-solving, delivering practical, cost-effective solutions for complex building envelope and structural challenges.
