Mr. Burgess joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in March 2025. He is a civil and structural engineer specializing in forensic investigations and restoration, currently working as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) and actively pursuing licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE).
Since joining CSG, Mr. Burgess has contributed to a wide variety of projects involving the investigation, evaluation, repair design, and construction monitoring of structural, architectural, and material-related building issues. His experience includes building envelope and structural assessments, technical analysis, development of remedial designs, and support of construction administration.
Mr. Burgess works under the guidance of senior engineers, performing field investigations, data collection, report preparation, and project documentation. He actively participates in technical problem-solving and quality control processes, gaining the hands-on experience required for PE licensure while contributing to the successful execution of projects.
