Construction Project Manager (Restoration & Capital Maintenance)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our complex restoration and renovation projects. Serving as the primary liaison between our engineering team, contractors, and clients, you will ensure that our structural and building envelope solutions are executed flawlessly. If you excel at turning technical blueprints into finished realities while keeping a close eye on budget and timeline, we want you on the CSG team.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee commercial restoration, waterproofing, and structural repair projects from award to closeout.

Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Review contractor bids, negotiate contracts, and manage change orders.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure strict adherence to CSG’s quality standards, engineering specifications, and safety regulations.

Facilitate progress meetings and maintain proactive, transparent communication with property owners and stakeholders.

Oversee the final inspection and punch-list processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically within commercial construction, capital maintenance, or structural restoration.

Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects on time and within budget.

Deep knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Working knowledge of the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC construction markets and local building codes.

Compensation & BEnefits

Base Salary: $100,000 – $135,000.

Performance-based annual bonus.

Vehicle allowance or company-provided vehicle for site travel.
