Mr. Curley is a co-founder of Construction Systems Group, Inc. and has more than 40 years of experience in engineering and construction services. Over the course of his career, he has managed more than $250 million in new and rehabilitative construction projects.
Mr. Curley brings both technical expertise and proven management experience to every project, with a strong commitment to quality outcomes, schedule adherence, and budget control. He prepares pre-construction design evaluations, project analyses, and budgets, and manages CSG’s comprehensive evaluation process. This includes detailed reviews of designs for building elements and systems, as well as construction methods to ensure proper integration and performance. He has extensive experience in value engineering and leads CSG professionals throughout this process on new construction projects.
Mr. Curley oversees CSG’s design evaluation, project planning, estimating, scheduling, bidding, contracting, and financial oversight. Working closely with CSG team members, he remains actively involved in each phase of a project—from concept through the warranty period—monitoring contractor performance, adherence to contract documents, and construction costs. He also tracks construction progress and provides clear, tailored reporting to clients.
