Biography

Mr. Reed joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in June 2014 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple States. He has developed a broad range of technical and field experience on both new construction and rehabilitation projects. Mr. Reed works closely with Principals, Project Engineers, and Managers on all phases of project delivery, including investigations, design, bidding, and construction observations. His experience includes rehabilitation of building facades, parking garages, roofing systems, and below-grade waterproofing. He has also provided quality assurance services for new construction projects, including construction observations and field testing for air and water penetration.

As an Associate Partner, Mr. Reed serves as a senior technical leader and trusted client advisor. He is responsible for managing complex projects while maintaining accountability for technical quality, schedules, budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and technical standards. In this role, Mr. Reed coordinates with clients, architects, contractors and regulatory agencies, and guides project teams to ensure constructability, quality, and efficient execution. Mr. Reed also contributes to business development efforts by contributing to proposal development and identifying opportunities for repeat work. He also plays a key role in advancing the firm’s technical reputation, client satisfaction, and long-term growth.
