Mr. Brogan joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in June 2008. With over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry, he has performed inspections, installations, and applications of a wide range of roofing systems on both residential and commercial properties. His expertise includes built-up roofs, modified bitumen, single-ply systems (PVC, TPO, EPDM, CSPE, etc.), asphalt shingles, rubberized asphalt, and metal roofing.

Mr. Brogan conducts forensic investigations, prepares reports, and develops specifications, contract documents, plans, and details for competitive bidding. He provides construction management and contract compliance inspections for numerous clients and projects. Since 1995, Mr. Brogan has expanded his experience to include building facades (masonry, through-wall flashings, sealants, etc.) and bituminous concrete systems, as well as their associated components. This extensive construction background allows him to assist clients with complex building envelope and moisture-proofing issues, providing detailed evaluations, inspections, and project management services.

As a Senior Project Manager at CSG, Mr. Brogan provides advanced expertise in roofing systems, building envelope components, and moisture-proofing solutions. He leads complex investigations, develops remedial design solutions, and oversees construction management and quality assurance for a wide range of projects. In this role, he serves as a technical advisor to project engineers, providing guidance on system evaluation, specification development, and construction compliance. Mr. Brogan’s extensive hands-on experience allows him to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. He also supports proposal development and client consultations, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to provide practical, cost-effective solutions for building envelope and roofing concerns.
