Mr. Chadwell joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in May 2003. A licensed Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in engineering and construction services, he specializes in comprehensive structural rehabilitation and repair projects, as well as moisture protection. Mr. Chadwell has extensive experience in remedial design for concrete, steel, and timber structures, masonry restoration, window systems and sealants, and asphalt and concrete paving systems. He regularly conducts field investigations and technical analyses, producing detailed reports and presentations to communicate facility conditions and restoration recommendations to clients.

In addition, Mr. Chadwell serves as CSG’s specialist on building code requirements and local county and state regulations, including critical structures and special inspections programs. This expertise enhances his technical analyses and remedial design work. He also provides expert witness testimony, delivering clear, defensible findings in litigation and dispute resolution matters. Mr. Chadwell serves as a technical advisor to project engineers across the firm. He provides guidance on structural assessment, remedial design, and construction problem-solving, ensuring that technical solutions are both practical and compliant with industry standards. He reviews design calculations, field observations, and construction documents, offering mentorship and consistent technical excellence throughout the team. His guidance helps streamline project delivery, improve quality, and enhance the professional development of CSG’s engineering staff.
