Mr. Kaminski joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in February 2026. At CSG, Eric regularly performs roof, façade, balcony, and parking garage condition surveys and prepares detailed client reports outlining findings and recommended repairs. He develops bid documents, conducts pre-bid meetings, evaluates contractor proposals, and provides construction administration and technical support through project completion. He has worked on a wide range of projects, specializing in roofing and parking garage restoration. His roofing experience includes replacement of modified bitumen (ModBit) and TPO systems, as well as recovery of existing roofs with fluid-applied systems. His garage experience includes conventionally reinforced, post-tensioned, and precast concrete structures. He also brings expertise in concrete balcony restoration, below-grade waterproofing, façade repair, and full building envelope surveys conducted via rope access.

Mr. Kaminski has performed fenestration testing of windows, doors, and storefront systems in accordance with ASTM E1105, ASTM E875, and AAMA 501.2 standards. He is experienced in leak investigations and implementing effective, durable repair solutions.

Prior to specializing in building envelope consulting, he worked on roadway rehabilitation and replacement projects, streetscape improvements, stormwater and erosion control design, culvert design, HOP and As-Built plans, and oversight of storm and sanitary sewer infrastructure repairs.

Eric is currently pursuing his Registered Roof Observer (RRO) certification to further strengthen his expertise in roofing assessment and quality assurance.
