Mr. Miller joined Construction Systems Group, Inc. in August 2007. During his tenure, he has developed extensive technical and field experience, working closely with Senior Partners on forensic investigations and the remedial design of moisture-proofing and structural issues.

Mr. Miller regularly performs existing-condition surveys of building envelope systems, develops remedial design solutions, and manages bidding and contract negotiations. He provides engineering services throughout the preconstruction and construction phases, ensuring that recommendations are effectively implemented. In addition, Mr. Miller provides engineering and inspection services for new construction projects. His remediation experience includes parking garage, plaza, terrace, and façade rehabilitation, as well as roof replacement and waterproofing projects. Mr. Miller is known for delivering high-quality service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving issues throughout the construction process.

As an Associate Partner, Mr. Miller is a senior technical and project leader who manages complex assignments and maintains day-to-day responsibility for project execution, technical quality, schedule, and budget. He serves as a trusted client contact and the primary point of coordination on many projects. Mr. Miller leads senior engineers and project managers, oversees forensic investigations, remedial design and construction quality assurance services, and provides expert-level technical analysis. He contributes to proposal development, supports client relationship management, and mentors engineers and project staff.
